The goal of SOPN's data management program is to maintain, in perpetuity, the data and derived information from the network's resource inventory and monitoring program. The purpose of this document is to describe at a the objectives, policies, and guidelines that will ensure the highest standards for data acquired or managed by the network. These standards include: accuracy, security, longevity, and usability.
