Dean Bradley, a cancer researcher, stumbles onto the cause of cancer and finds that he has also found the cure for the disease that has plagued the human race for a century. Now he must protect his discovery from the large drug companies who're desperate to find out how he makes the virus. A secret group, the Committee, made up of the heads of some of the largest drug companies see Dean's find as a threat to their profits, and they are willing to go to any lengths to stop Dean's research if they cannot obtain the rights to the treatment. After the first test, Dean finds that DB-29 has an adverse effect on brain cells, but he believes he knows how to eliminate the side effect. Now he must also protect his find from the spy agencies of the world, which see his discovery as the ultimate untraceable weapon. They see Dean's find as a way to eliminate with anonymity anyone they wish. The CIA not only wants control of the two viruses, but they also want to make sure they're the only ones who have it.
