This workbook is designed for woman to help them explore the meanings of feelings. Women are very emotional and very in tune with what they are feeling but there are times when they don't always understand what it is they are feeling. So I created this workbook to help define feelings and help them explore their own meaning for these feelings. Combining the old art of quilting and the new technique of zentangle I created challenging coloring pages to color while exploring individual feelings
