Dr. Trey Martinez, M.D. is elated when an elite hospital recruits him to head the South Texas division of Rio Grande Hospital's Obstetrics and Gynecology department, and relocate his practice to the southern tip of Texas. He would soon learn that life and death decisions are made daily with the influx of Mexican Nationals crossing the border with no previous medical care or prenatal care what so ever, which causes complete havoc on the local doctors and medical staff caring for these patients.
