Enzymes play a key role in proper functioning of any living systems. It gets more affected during the plant - pathogen interaction. Therefore, the enzymes were used as the criteria for studying the effect of the Fusarium on Banana. This book gives indepth knowledge about different types of treatments applicable to avoid pathogen infestation in Banana plantlets.It can be concluded that the pre treatment may be the best for the prevention of the disease since it increases the pathogenesis related enzymes before the entry of the pathogen so the spreading of the pathogen get restricted at the site of the infection and the infection cannot spread. The elicitor can also be used as a remedial measure in curing the disease even after fungal infection. These types of work can be helpful in controlling many vulnerable phytopathogenic diseases.
