There are no words to explain just how phenomenal this book is. The entire story was gripping from get to, and I just couldn’t stop reading! One of best’s techniques of the authors has, is that it makes you read the book until you finish it. If you don’t do that, it seems like you are suffocating. It is just a heart-stopping story! Alex is about to turn 18 years old and she is caught between losing herself, and caught between Aiden and Seth. She is having a lot of trouble handling everything, especially with a lot of enemies trying to kill her. She is fighting to make it; she is full of sorrow and loss. Maybe she will lose herself after she Awakens. Alex must decide who she chooses and what path to take. Will she stay with Seth and help him become the God Killer? Or will she choose Aiden and fight for a love that is impossible to have without secrets? Will she change after she becomes the Apollyon? A lot of questions and a lot of trouble for Alex in this story. I cried with her each time, I felt her constantly picking battles and getting tired. But is simply amazing how the author mange to make her grow throughout the stories. Alexandria is maturing, she recognizes the situations where she just has to let it go, and stop arguing all the time. Aiden is always there by her side, even if he tried to stay away, he can’t. He loves her and Alex loves him. Seth isn’t turning to what I hopped, but I got a feeling at the end of Pure, that he was hiding something ugly. I was completely speechless throughout the entire book and without a doubt the best book I have ever read. The characters, suspense and action are indispensable in this story. I’m bowing towards Jennifer Armentrout, she is an amazing writer and has been capable to write lots of original stories.
