Notă biografică

Laura Amos began her career at the age of 16 studying a 3 year catering course at Bournemouth & Poole College. Laura was awarded 'student of the year' and was offered an apprenticeship under Michelin starred Chef Jean-Christophe Novelli. The experience included work under Richard Guest at Maison Novelli as well work at EC1 Brasserie, Novelli W8 & Les Saveurs. Laura went on to work full time running the pastry sections at Novelli W8 & Maison Novelli. Laura then moved to The Ivy, and within a year was promoted to Sous Pastry Chef. After 3 years in the role she became Head Pastry Chef at Le Caprice. After a couple of years, to gain further experience in product development, Laura moved to Popina, an award winning Artisan Bakery - where she was appointed Head Chef. In 2008, aged just 26 Laura began The Dessert Deli an enterprise to produce the most 'Luxurious Handmade Desserts for Food Lovers' in London. Laura's desserts are now stocked at the prestigious Food Halls of Fortnum & Masons, Selfridges, and Whole Foods Market. Laura can often be found on her flagship market stall on Northcote Road in Clapham Junction.
