TAMERA L. MCCUEN, Ph.D., A.M. ASCE, Assoc. DBIA, LEED AP is the Robert E. Busch Endowed Professor of Construction Science in the Gibbs College of Architecture at the University of Oklahoma. RAJA R.A.
