After several days of studying it, she concludes that the book was written by ancient Pigmen who became extinct because they unleashed mobs that they lost control over. Are they about to do the very same thing? Steve is determined to the point of cockiness to defeat this unidentified mob, even though he doesn't know what kind of mob it is or what it does. His end goal is to get to the End, and in his mind, this is the quickest way there. Has his desire to reach the End caused him to make a terrible mistake?
