The Societas Iuris Publici Europaei (SIPE) is a scientific association established by European constitutional law experts in 2003. SIPE focuses on the scientific approach to constitutional law in Europe. SIPE's fifth conference - which took place in Seville in June 2008 - addressed issues of migration and integration in Europe under the general heading of "The New Europeans," and the two sub-headings: "Migration in Europe from the Perspective of Basic Rights and Fundamental Freedoms" and "Models of Integration in Europe." This trilingual book contains the papers presented at the conference, with nine in English, seven in German, and two in French.
