Marketing is in continuous evolution and transformation as a consequence of technological advances. This study is intended to be located within a descriptive-correlational design with the objective of analyzing some of the digital tools offered by digital marketing to carry out e-commerce during and post pandemic period and determine the importance of its use in SMEs in Hermosillo, Sonora.
