What is DILLIRGAF? "DILLIRGAF?" is life as seen through the eyes of Ian James Foster. This kid is a mind-blower. He's young, gifted, Black, and gay as the day is long, coming of age in 1970's Indianapolis, and it isn't easy. It's Ian against the world from day one, and he ain't having it.
