Diplomacy and Conflict

en Limba Engleză Paperback
The analyses you are about to read have recorded my own commitment to serve the public affairs at a time where the debate was raging, in France where I was living, as well as on the international stage (particularly in Europe, America, and the MENA region), about the unresolved issues that have crossed with us, from a century to another. Many years later, we look before us and we see the terrible result of the Middle East crisis mismanagement: what was relatively containable toward the end of the XX century, plagues today the entire MENA region and threatens to expand beyond its borders. At the seventies of the last century, they were talking just of the "Palestinian terrorism" and giving Israel a "green light" to freely dispose of the Arab territories taken by means of war and terror. Today, you can see that war is everywhere. Even if the problem of Palestine is not the main cause of violence, as some Israeli commentators used to say, solving it fairly, would not make the situation worse in this region. Since the beginning of this century (hopefully not the millennium), terrorism plagues the international stage, along with aids and new epidemics, while revolts and riots burst out everywhere. For the first time ever, terrorism strikes at the heart of the Western cities: New York, London, Madrid, Paris... Like it or not, political Islam (dubbed fascistic by many observers), is responsible for the death of thousands of people, as are responsible the unfair and blind policies of the new fascism in Israel and the West. All those right-wing zealots from the West and the Middle East, have helped the process of begetting the monsters of this century. How all this started? That is the question this book will help you answer.
