The Struggle persists as the band of escaped slaves continues to grow in number and have now become a formidable army known as The Gurlemeck Warriors. Led by a powerful, former Viking warlord (Lubeck) and adeptly assisted by his trusted and loyal friends, one of which is a giant of a man (The mighty Thorsten) also two self-appointed Saracen bodyguards (Tarique and Jamal) and the young, keen-eyed and sharp-witted Arab (Malik) they continue to liberate those who were taken from them. Though Lubeck's wife (Freyja) continues to use her magical abilities to aid and assist them, a sinister and supernatural entity forces its way into her life threatening all they have created together.
