A young man at a crossroads... His personality disorder keeps him distant and misunderstood from the rest of society for most of his life until he finds his niche by befriending two distinctly different co-workers: Tom, the good-looking jock who never has trouble finding a date, and Joe, an introspective and awkward fellow with a secret lifestyle. Through his relationships with Tom and Joe, he begins to find normalcy and meaning in his life. However, this comes crashing to a halt when a simple misunderstanding pits him against one of his two new best friends. This conflict nearly destroys him, but through counseling and a newfound mantra, he learns to accept his differences and control his emotions. Ultimately, he is faced with a decision that will test the boundaries of his entire belief system and forever change his life.
