Catherine Staite is the Director of North Humberside MIND and chairs the North Humberside Forum on Mentally Disordered Offenders. Neill Martin is a Senior Probation Officer. Michael Bingham is an Inspector with Humberside Police. Rannoch Dally is Governor of HM Prison Hull.
