JOHN GREGORY VINCENT is a retired Command Master Chief in the Navy who served on a variety of operational submarines for fourteen of his twenty years of service. Since then, he has owned the Genesis Group LLC, worked for Gallup as a consultant, and joined Eagle¿s Flight as their Vice President of Performance Solutions. Today, he is keynote speaker and advisor with The Submarine Way.
