A long serving Detective Sergeant with the Metropolitan Police suddenly finds himself the recipient of a very generous divorce settlement. Totally disillusioned by ever increasing red tape and the rights of villains seemingly taking precedence over their victims, he decides to use his new income to bring the bad b......s to justice. His methods although very successful, tend to at best border on being illegal, indeed to many people are best described as the actions of a vicious vigilante.
