Michele Gorman is a Senior Career Management Coach. She has spent the last fifteen years working with a leading global career management consulting firms, serving as an Assistant Dean for a top School of Business and assisting over 10,000 individuals in their career management. Michele's expertise lies in executive coaching, talent development, transition program management for large corporations and individual development. Some of her recent selected achievements include: ¿ Serving as a speaker at the State Department, through IREX, for Middle Eastern Emerging Leaders on various Career Management topics. ¿ Starring as a guest host on the Martha Stewart Career Management radio show on SIRIUS with an audience in excess of 500,000 listeners. ¿ Managing over 10 projects for organizations including the International Monetary Fund, ExxonMobil, Capital One, Concert Communications and Ahold USA. ¿ Established and launched a Corporate Relations and Leadership Speaker series for a business school that brought in Executives and companies from around the globe to speak to students. ¿ Quoted in US News and World Report, Atlanta Journal Constitution, LoveToKnow.com, Workwise, MBAPrograms.org, The Grindstone, Yahoo Education and Asia.com. Recognized for publishing a whitepaper on how organizations can maximize social media in talent acquisition. Michele prides herself on working with individuals from all backgrounds and ethnicities, staying true to her personal upbringing in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. She graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelors degree and completed her MBA at the University of Tennessee.
