It must be Karma from the time my ex-boyfriend broke the toilet handle in my old apartment. He stood there staring at me with the silver handle in his hand, wondering what to do next.Well, that's easy; call my Landlord While you're at it, tell him the kitchen faucet is broken. What a time for things to break down, on a Holiday.I never knew that a few years down the road that I would ever become a Landlord. One of my former tenants fell sick and decided to sleep on the floor. Another tenant walked around with band-aids on her nose and face. I could not look her straight in the eye without laughing out loud. Then, this sweet little old lady, accused me of stealing her dead husbands white umbrella. Nice little old lady, my eye I was surprised she did not run after me with a knife. Then another tenant ran off with my house keys.
