Tasmarin is a place of dragons, a place cut off from all other worlds, where dragons can be dragons. Some strive to refresh the magics that built Tasmarin, but to do so they need a human mage, and dragons eliminated those centuries ago. They find there is one left living, but she has fallen in with the black dragon, who is causing trouble.
