This is the seventh annual report on the results of the Federal Transit Administration Drug and Alcohol Testing Program. The report summarizes the new reporting requirements intro ducted for calendar year 2001, the requirements of the overall drug and alcohol testing program, the results from the data reported for 2002, and the random drug and alcohol violation rates.
