Notă biografică

Rod Murray, EP-C, CIFT, LMT, has been a health and fitness professional for over thirty years. Rod served as a Navy Corpsman with the Navy and Marine Corps and was also a Medic with the Army National Guard. Coach Rod currently owns and works at two facilities as an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist (EP-C), Certified Inclusive Fitness Trainer (CIFT), and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). He is a USA Cycling Level 1 (expert level) coach, USA Weightlifting coach, and USA Cycling Category 1 mountain bike racer. Michelle Millner, PT, DPT, OCS, is a graduate of the University of Medicine of New Jersey with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in German. Michelle has eight years of clinical experience with an emphasis on orthopedic rehabilitation. Currently residing in Northern NJ, Dr. Millner works primarily in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation and is also an adjunct faculty member of the Department of Rehabilitation and Movement Sciences at Rutgers University.
