Earth and Water is a collection of intimate and inspirational poems based on the author's journey, in no particular order. Each poem describes the author's thoughts in their most crude and sincere form taken directly from a collection of notes she has kept since age twenty-one. The book focuses on the author's journey with self- love, self-awareness, self-discovery, consciousness, and love.
