The potential for Earth Observation (EO) to contribute to public health practice: to understand, track, predict and manage infectious diseases and challenges of using EO data for public health purposes. Major foci are mosquito-borne diseases, tick-borne diseases, air quality and heat, water-borne diseases, vulnerable populations and pandemics (including COVID-19).
