N. Edwina Moreton teaches Soviet politics and foreign policy and comparative communism at the University College of Wales. She spent the past year at the Center for International Studies, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as a Harkness Fellow of the Commonwealth Fund of New York. Dr. Moreton specializes in German and Soviet security problems.
