We as Americans are one of the world's worst eaters. We fill ourselves with high fat, high carb, high calorie, extra sugary foods, and drinks that we can't ever work off and we end up with those extra pounds around our middles. Roughly half of the nation is obese and if we aren't careful, within the next 20 years the entire nation could succumb to being obese. For those who set their sights on slimmer waistlines by committing to diets, exercising and the all too popular weight loss fads, it often ends in failure and roughly 90% of the weight lost gets packed right back on our middles.
