Notă biografică
Gilles Carbonnier is Professor, Development Economics, at The Graduate Institute, Geneva; Editor in Chief, International Development Policy; and President, Centre for Education and Research in Humanitarian Action. His research focuses on international development cooperation, energy and extractive resources governance, and humanitarianism, conflict, and disaster.
Michel Carton holds a PhD in Education from Geneva University. He is currently Executive Director of NORRAG where his research focuses on skills development policies in Western/Southern Africa and South East Asia. He was Deputy Director of The Graduate Institute until retiring in 2010.
Kenneth King is Emeritus Professor at the School of Education and School of Social and Political Studies, University of Edinburgh. His research interests focus on the politics and history of international education and skills development and aid policy, and most recently Chinese education assistance to Africa.
Michel Carton holds a PhD in Education from Geneva University. He is currently Executive Director of NORRAG where his research focuses on skills development policies in Western/Southern Africa and South East Asia. He was Deputy Director of The Graduate Institute until retiring in 2010.
