Adrian Thomas is a retired university professor, just diagnosed with a degenerative dementia that will soon end in death. He has dedicated his life to studying the processes of the mind and transmits to his students all his knowledge. Professor Thomas is torn between putting an end to his life and being useful one last time before he dies.
