Elements of My Soul

Life is an ocean of elements colliding with one another to create a new thing. Memory is no different. Poetry is no different. Mine is not the typical memoir. The poems that flow from my pen are my reflections and experiences as a boy of humble beginnings growing up in New York, Los Angeles, and my many journeys to the mysterious land of my birth-India.

Between these pages are the hopes and dreams of a boy and the desires of the man I've become. Within these pages, I am most vulnerable. For I am clothed in nothing more than memory, a passion for life, and the people who color my world in strokes of brilliance as beautiful as the dawn. 

Words, like a song of the soul, can heal, and it is my hope to inspire and motivate others to invest in their higher selves, through my poetry and life reflections.
