Cynthia Boykin and husband, Dan, are the founders and senior pastors of Restoration Outreach Ministries. Cynthia is the director and executive producer of their weekly broadcast, "Restoration Today," and she is a popular women's conference speaker. She is ordained with the International Pentecostal Holiness Church, and holds a BA in religious education from International Seminary. Cynthia and Dan moved from Orlando to Gainesville, Florida, in 1988.
