Elise owns a second-hand bookshop in the small English village of Keele. She has a past, but so does everyone else she reconciles. When a small bundle of books is mysteriously delivered to her shop the wheels are set in motion for her past and her present to intersect right before her very eyes. With the help of Theodore, an elderly customer who has a past of his own, Elise must find a way forward to be free at last.
