Ellinor was a young girl of a German family in Lodz, Poland at the time of World War II. Here, she recounts, in detail, the story of her family, her country and her faith. God's protection kept Ellinor and her family safe as they faced perilous situations, were separated and became refugees in war-torn Europe. In time, they came to America as immigrants.
