Kebulun Alliance in America was created to forge solidarity among Republics across the globe, pursue further the long-standing aspirations to unite American Nationals and join hands in efforts to restore strength of the united: states within the America Republics, making it a principal organ of the community particularly in the protection and advancement of community interests. We believe aligned relationships are easier when all members are aware of the culture and values of the alliance.

This handbook was developed to assist with over-standing of the expectations of our members and to outline the policies, programs, and benefits available to all members. Members should become familiar with the contents of the Elohim's Handbook as soon as possible. It will help in better over-standing our vision for the future and the challenges that are ahead.
