Notă biografică

Lisa Cromwell lives near Portland, Oregon. She grew up in Houston, Texas, and New Orleans, Louisiana. A long-time journalist, she won national, regional and state awards covering government. Cromwell is a mezzo soprano in a professional Renaissance singing group and teacher of high school students with unique challenges. Some of her newspaper articles are online. Cromwell published two short story collections, was featured author of a story in "The Horror Zine" in print and online, and was published in a Northwest Independent Writers Association anthology. She traveled to Japan on a newspaper assignment, has been to London, Hampton Court and Stratford-Upon-Avon, U.K., Paris and Versailles, France, Mexico, Canada, and most U.S. States. Cromwell has a knack for learning languages and absorbing cultures. She lived and worked in Hawaii and Alaska, swam with sharks, turtles, dolphins and sting rays, and did loops, barrel rolls and upside-down flight in a stunt plane. Cromwell co-piloted a Cessna 150 airplane into the crater of Mount St. Helens just before it erupted. She enjoys new adventures, swimming, traveling, reading, hiking and skiing.
