Due to the increasingly high level of performance achieved in major competitions, the coach's job has become increasingly complex and special, in an attempt to transform performance training into a more modern and harmonious process. In this sense, many ways have been used to modernize training sessions, finding newer and better solutions, solutions that can be used daily. Some of them are: the conditions simulator; the biomechanical movement optimization model for gait conditions; the systemic approach to the problem of high productivity training; the application of the "DMU Kinematics" module to the modeling of the march step, as a future approach; the application of statistical analysis methods to training data; data acquisition (respiratory rate, temperature and heart rate, during and after exercise) using the LabView method; use of the taguchi method in high performance training and to optimize the training of high performance marathon runners; issues related to motivation in relation to the practice of a high performance sport are addressed here.
