The research was conducted at Mapilesa Company, where managers and workers participated. Its purpose was to unveil an innovative endogenous variable for entrepreneurial management in the economic and social progress of Mapilesa Company, for this purpose the elements of entrepreneurial management were identified, then it was interpreted on the reality expressed by the key informants to generate an endogenous and innovative variable. The work was justified because it has theoretical value, practical utility, social relevance, it is convenient and because of the benefits it generates for the company and the workers. It was based on the theories of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial management, endogenous development and innovation. The research specified qualitative research as ontological posture, it was framed within the epistemological option through interpretivism and from the methodological point of view the phenomenological-hermeneutic method was used. The semi-structured interview was used, the information was categorized and triangulated through the ATLAS.TI program, to interpret and understand the reality that emerges from the subjectivity of its actors.
