The purpose of this research is to analyze the environmental management of green areas in right-of-way zones on primary two-lane highways in Colombia, through a diagnosis of the management of these areas, identification of environmental impacts on management and maintenance activities, and development of an approach to the economic valuation of ecosystem services; taking a specific case study on a main trunk road.
