De O ate a la Granja is the third novel in the third series of Episodios Nacionales by Benito P rez Gald s. Fernando, the protagonist, was in jail in Madrid and came into contact with many political prisoners. Through them he maintains up to date on the Carlist war in the north. Once released, he has a passionate affair with Aurora but cannot find out who helped him escape from prison.
