This volume consists of abstracts from the sixth copy book of the Essex County Deed Books. These records are a rich source of names complete with details of the transactions and the properties involved. Records contain (as available) the full names of both the buyer and the seller in bold type, the date of the transaction, a description of the property including its location, payment(s), and (as available) witnesses. The full-name index is a bonus for researchers.
