MARSHALL B. KAPP is Professor in the Department of Community Health and Director of the Office of Geriatric Medicine and Gerontology at the Wright State University School of Medicine. He is also a member of the adjunct faculty at the University of Dayton School of Law, where he teaches a seminar on Law and Aging. His numerous publications include Legal Aspects of Health Care for the Elderly: An Annotated Bibliography (Greenwood, 1988).
