Leigh Hancher is Professor of European Law at Tilburg University and is Of Counsel at the Amsterdam office of Allen & Overy LLP. She is a well-known EU law expert and has counselled firms in a broad range of procedures.Wolf Sauter is Professor of Healthcare Regulation at Tilburg University and Competition Expert for the Dutch Healthcare Authority. He is a leading academic in the field of European healthcare law and an experienced regulatory practitioner.Both authors are senior researchers at the Tilburg Law and Economics Center (TILEC).
