The process of conceptualizing, developing, and disseminating media messages in order to achieve the short or long-term outcomes/changes require well thought programs, strategies or products. It the intended programs or efforts brought desired results should be scientifically measured whether it achieved awareness (knowledge) raising, engaged and developed interests' of audience, assisted to bring about shifts in attitude and behavior, and contributed at skill enhancement of its customers. The "logical model" as tool provided evaluators with useful roadmap in determining the range of assessment that the programs, implementation strategy and its impact or outcome. Documenting audience feedback and applying some of the gaps will assist in improving organizational performance.
