Ellen M. Kozak has been a practicing attorney for more than forty years. She is the former chair of the Intellectual Property Law Section and the Sports and Entertainment Law Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin. Kozak has presented educational programs on copyright and publishing law throughout North America, as well as at numerous colleges and universities. She is the author of several books and over 400 articles in publications ranging from Campaigns & Elections to Travel & Leisure to USA Today.
