Evidence for Bible Wisdom
Autor Sam Knelleren Limba Engleză Paperback – 18 iul 2021
The opening statement of God's Word poses a preposterous predicament. "In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth" Is it foolish or not? John, the Apostle, links this statement directly to Jesus Christ, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him;" (John 1:1-4). Can you believe in Christ and not the Creation? How do we resolve this issue?
I never intended to write Evidence for Bible Wisdom. It started in September 2020, during the pandemic, with a blog post about Covid-19 and Quarantine. The reason was the lack of literature referring to God's Word about this subject. I immediately began writing on various difficult-to-explain subjects in the Bible readers trip over in their quest for understanding. This book is a beginning effort to help seekers of understanding find some solid evidence in favor of God and the Bible. Bible wisdom is God's wisdom in God's Word. Most readers consider humans to be authors of the Bible. Consider this.
If God is an All-Powerful Being, then He can inspire His Words, preserve and transmit those same Words down through time to reach us today. Most people have difficulty with that statement, that's the reason I wrote this book. It's not about religion, doctrine, Church orientation, or specific beliefs you must have to be in some faith. It is evidence there is wisdom in God's Word, far beyond what the human mind can conceive. It's rules, principles, wise guidance relevant to living in the 21st century to make you a better individual and to establish a more cohesive community.
A primary almost unknown role of the Bible is God addresses His Word to ALL nations, worldwide. All humans are ONE race, one blood, one body, one mind... one set of rules applies to one set of people. Practical Bible wisdom has nothing to do with such cultural, scientific, and informational aspects related to nations and times, be they 1000, or 6000 years ago. Men, women, and children at all times in the history of humankind were identical to the 21st century.
The Explanation is not here to skirt issues but give you answers to the big question in life. You'll learn How to Govern a Country Responsibly. The role of leaders and followers. Is there conclusive evidence for God? The meaning of living soul-nefesh chaya, what a human being is. Why light occurred on the first day while the sun and moon apparently appear on the fourth day. The principal theme of this book is Bible relevance in the 21st century. There are clear principles for handling older people, agriculture, justice, and questions about suffering. Does God condone slavery and order the wholesale killing of entire nations? What about individual and community rights in a liberal society? Practical solutions for today for all of humankind.
Evidence for Bible Wisdom reveals the Bible assembles the overall puzzle of the entire story of humankind. It transcends individual points for a global view, what The Explanation calls a Godview. True theology, looking at it through God's eyes. You're a seeker of truth, and this book will put you on the right track.
