It was decades before the Yates women faced the challenge of career or love. Dana Yates had the perfect example buried in their family history, but was way to busy to stop and see the results of life-without love and family. Till Dana became the joke of the day, for Stefan McDonald.

Stefan McDonald was born with golf fever, it ran in his blood, and there was no getting away from the obsession of wanting to be on the course. If the golf club was not in his hand, it was beside his desk and if it was not within sight it was not far from his reach. Until a joke-it was to be something to excite and break up the boredom of the day, for the men at Stanley Motors. It became much more then the men had bargained for and had Stefan McDonald questioning his place in life, and at the golf course.
