Faraz Chohan otherwise known as Faraz Khan (stage name) is the UK's No.1 Bollywood Entertainer.The Award winning Faraz Khan always had a passion for the arts since the young age of six. His first performance on stage was at the age of eight in front of a small crowd in his home town of Birmingham. After graduating in Media production from the University of Central England, he started his dream project: he founded a school in which students can get training in the field of performing arts. The following years for Faraz have been really busy, as he is a young entrepreneur and has won many awards on his business The Bollywood Academy. When he set up the Academy, it was the first of its kind. Now he runs the biggest Bollywood School which has its very own Film Studio and production house in the UK. As humble and down to earth he is, he opened his doors to anyone, who wants to learn the art of Bollywood - as a hobby or profession. He followed his heart when he set up The Bollywood Academy, which is the first and most connected Bollywood Academy in UK and has taken interest in other countries. Remarkable is: Until today it is the only school in the UK specialising in Bollywood Arts where students will leave with a recognised qualification. As we said, it is open to absolutely anyone, who has a genuine interest in the arts, whatever age, nationality or background. Best thing of Faraz Khans living vision is: His students will not only receive technical skills required in dance, acting and music, but will also be given career guidance, including CV preparation and audition advice. Faraz provides them with the opportunity to work with famous faces from the World of Bollywood. For example a series of lectures from well-known names including Bollywood singer and music producer Mehboob Chohan, Bollywood Casting Director Naila Mughal, Bollywood Leading Events company CINEYUG and many more are planned. Since his graduation Faraz has gone a long way - he has built profile and performed with many well-known artistes and celebrities, not only here in the UK but also other parts of the World. Faraz Khan is a multi-talented dancer, actor and Entertainer with over 3000 shows under his belt. Coming from a film background Faraz has had vocal training form his uncle Mehboob Chohan, who was not only a student of Late Bollywood Playback Singer Mohammed Rafi Saab. But also had worked for the as a Bollywood- Playback-Singer in Bollywood industry in the 80s and 90's himself. Faraz Khan is not only a stage performer but also is a host. Has moderated & hosted many events and charity shows across the UK and Europe. He worked with many stars like Shah Rukh Khan, Arjun Rampal, Shahid Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, Atif Aslam, Shreya Ghoshal, Shakti Kapoor and mostly every major Bhangra Star in the UK. Not only did he work with famous faces but has also appeared on many TV channels such as B4U,BBC, ITV himself. His very own work has been shown on BBC and ITV News. He also choreographed a lot of shows across the UK, like Incredible India with Shah Rukh Khan, Atif Aslaam Concert, Shreya Ghoshal Live in Concert, Mohamed Rafi Night UK tour, Birmingham Indoor Mela, Signature Mela With B4U and many more. Faraz Khan has been offered some big roles in the Theatre industry and very soon he will be making his first debut in the film Dream the Dream Dance the Dream. Another big project that Faraz is working on is Musical Tour "THE MUSICAL - A BOLLYWOOD DREAM" which is a fan tribute to Shah Rukh Khan. Faraz will perform a big Musical based on Shah Rukh, filled with songs and film dialogues of SRK¿s. The tour is planned to start December 2012 with a premiere in Germany. Talking about Germany - he already rocked Germany in December 2011, where he had his first stage appearance in Ludwigsburg (Stuttgart-Area), which is famous for its musicals and dance shows. Since then he is well known within his german fanbase - and his workshops are not only well booked, most of the time they are totally sold out. In January 2012 he also founded TBA in Germany. It¿s launch venue which took place in June 2012 - with Special Guests like Kaya Yanar, Derrick Linco, Abbas Hasan, Farroq Ilyas and SonAash - was an outstanding celebration.
