are tired or actually fatigued and this is done with clarity, enabling the reader to go on to the next stage of helping themselves to heal. In todays 24/7 society it is reassuring to know many of us are not superhuman and need directional advice to help us achieve a healthy work/life balance. Using simple exercises, the book shows you aspects of your life you may be inadvertently neglecting. Personally I would recommend this book to anyone as a means of possibly diverting any future chance of experiencing fatigue. Very Detailed I would definitely recommend Fatigue, The Essential Guide by Caroline Khambatta and Nicky Jevon. A very difficult subject to cover but the book is clear and precise and for me personally I am finally able to fully understand the differences between fatigue and tiredness. Very detailed and packed full of information and tips on how to manage and identify fatigue or tiredness. Easy to follow exercises that are tried and tested. In many ways a reference book. Just as the book says, I then used to worry excessively about everything. To sum up: an excellent book, not too big, pointing out the difference in fatigue and just being tired, how to achieve balance, and live in the moment. Very Thought Provoking I have found it extremly informative and a good fusion of self help and knowledge. Thought provoking... It made me want to review my life style and general attitude to my health and well being Excellent and very readable book for those suffering from fatigue! This book is truly a must-read for all those suffering from (Chronic) Fatigue. One of the most important messages in the book is how being tired or experiencing fatigue call for a different apporach. Where being tired needs rest, fatigue needs changes in our lives. These can be found in different areas as fatigue can be created by many different causes, such as overwhelm, underwhelm, perfectionism, seemingly irresolvable issues and problems experessing oneself emotionally. The physiology of fatigue was already known well to me as I have bee
