Notă biografică

Rachel Allen was brought up in Dublin and left home at eighteen to study at the world-famous Ballymaloe Cookery School. She's a busy TV Cook, author, columnist, and teacher at Ballymaloe. She is the author of six cookery books, including the UK bestseller Favourite Food at Home, Rachel's Food for Living, Bake and Home Cooking. Her extremely popular cooking programs have been broadcast on RTE and the BBC in the UK. She is also one of the hosts on UKTV's Market Kitchen. She lives in County Cork on the organic farm at Ballymaloe with her husband Isaac and their three children.
