Fitness Consulting Group 2016 Culture Book

This book is created by the FCG Team for our internal use and information. This is a compilation of information about our team members, our core values and events that have happened over the previous year along with photos and a good bit of humor. We create this book every year to give us a guide for who we are, what we're working towards and the values that we share as a team. This book is used to onboard new team members and each team member is given a copy at our annual meeting every year. We always include the What it means to work Here information as well:

What It Means to Work Here

There are a lot of places to earn a living, but to do so at FCG is to do so in a place that is striving to be a GREAT place to earn a living. It's a unique, supportive, fast-paced environment. Everyone here is expected to work a full productive day, share our values, and own the responsibilities given to them. This expectation is not only from management but also by your peers. Anything less is unfair to you, to our Team, and to the people who depend on us.
